Met with Mr Robert Almeyda. I had been recommended someone else who was no longer practicing so the staff recommended Mr Almeyda instead. He was exceptionally, kind, informative and approachable. I have been delighted with the care received and his approach which I cannot fault. I would happily recommend someone to his care.

My care under Mr Corbridge was supremely professional and reassuring throughout. He offers the patient well explained information and a clear pathway through the stressful experience of having a medical issue. I would recommend him highly.

I first asked to see Mr Almeyda on the telephone and was given an appt at Spire Hospital in December which I attended and found the correct location was the ENT Clinic. Someone at Spire kindly cancelled that appointment for me. The following day I called the ENT Clinic and they said they had sent a follow-up email showing the appt was at The ENT Clinic. I did not receive this as the email address had been mistyped. Following a successful appt at the ENT Clinic later in the month I received a copy of the invoice showing an incorrect home address. Later I received a letter detailing my symptoms and treatment that would be copied to my GP but the GP and surgery shown at the foot of the letter were incorrect. All of these admin problems required considerable amounts of my time going to the wrong place and then writing emails and telephoning to put things right! No problems at all with the medical bit just the admin which is disappointing.

Rob listened carefully to my story, performed a thorough examination explaining what he was doing and why at each stage and presented me with a course of treatment which we agreed was the best way forward. Great experience.

Greeted pleasantly at main door and the member of staff was completely ready for our visit, knew our names, and where we needed to be for treatment.
Given an option of a drink and very pleasant waiting area.
The consultant again made my son and daughter very comfortable which helped ease the nerves.
